can someone point out whats wrong?
and ive given myself the summer to at least start that.
i’m 5″4 and 120 but it doesn’t look like it on my body. probably since I have a short torso. idk.
i’m a vegetarian and hate most fried and greasy foods. i don’t eat alot, i like slads and vegetable and fruits alot, really. especially greek salads and all that.
i sometimes have cheese, not often. and although i don’t eat meat i eat alot of nuts and soybeans.
i have a sweet tooth, but try to limit myself. to something small a day like half a chocolate bar.
i do cheerleading three times a week for 2 hours each time. i want ot start taking dance lessons too. whatever day i don’t do cheer, i usually like to swim for an hour a day, at least..
i don’t smoke or drink or anything icky like that.
and i love sleep. i gotta get at least 12 hours or i’m exhausted.
i’ve started doing some ab excercises but i don’t feel like they’ve helped.
can someone point out from what i’m doing wrong? =/
