Haven’t Had Spinach Since The Last Recall?

I’m traumatized …

Am I the only one who has developed a strange phobia for fresh spinach? I used to love fresh Spinach, and eat it by itself in salads, in fact, it was a key part of my diet once….

But ever since that scary recall which happened–what, a year ago?–I’ve seriously been hesitant to buy any since, even though we’ve been reassured that it’s ok to buy it now…

Can anyone can quell my fears?

Help my rat ate some spinach?

I know that rats aren’t supposed to eat spinach but I had out a garlic spinach stromboli and when I wasn’t looking my sneaky little girl ate some of the filling. Will this hurt her? It was just this one time, she has never had spinach before.

Dave Lieberman’s penne with spinach?

I saw him make it several months ago. It had ricotta cheese and frozen spinach and was meatless. I wanted to make it tonight but I can’t find the recipe on the Food Network. Does anyone have it or something similar?
