I am very anal about side curtain airbags and that model we are looking at getting DOES not have them. Also, what about roll overs, ect…..
We have a child too……….just one.

I do not run. I lift weights and do minimal cardio to keep my weight even but i really want to run a 5k. its a breast cancer run and i really want to do it but dont know if i can “mind over matter” my way through it. Is it possible?

How do I become a runner?

I have started a running program several times but I keep getting severe pains in my inner shin area. They hurt when I run and also they hurt when I touch them. How do I stop this pain and any advice on how to be able to run more? I can only run for about 5 minutes at a time right now.
I did buy proper running shoes from a running store and my shins still hurt.
