ok so here we have 3 sneakers bars (about 400 calories) and a big container with only lettuce in it(I know lettuce doesn’t have much calories so lets say it’s about 150 calories). which one makes you feel fuller!? Sneakers or Lettuce?why?

I know spinach was recalled because of possible E.Coli. But, my friend just told me that lettuce has been recalled now too. Is this true? Would you still eat spinach or lettuce? Thanks!!

i grew my tadpole to a frog and i found it was a spring peeper
it did eat lettuce as an adult and it died because it got caught under a rock and died of heat stroke i wasnt there but my friend realized what had happen

I sometimes find it irresistible to eat that piece of lettuce or parsley on the side of my main course plate.

I had lovely lettuce growing in my garden - then we went away on vacation Now that I come home, they have all bolted, instead of heads of lettuce, I now have stalks of lettuce, but complete with lovely looking green leaves, still no flowers. Question is - can you still pick the leaves off the “stalks” and eat them? Somebody told me they are either very bitter, or even poisonous, at this stage. Is that true? Does anybody know?

Ok I’ve been on a low carb diet for about 2 weeks now, so i have been eatting salad like twice a day everyday, now i am having side and back pain, but its on both sides and they don’t hurt at the same time, no blood in urine but i do have to pee all the time, i cannot honestly say i am drinking enough fluids because the only thing i can really drink is water and i’m not a huge fan of just water. So my question is can eating alot of lettuce and stuff like that cause you to develope kidney stones? the pain is not excrusiating but it just started to, any suggestions?
Also can someone give me some symptoms of what a kidney stone feels like? i know that it hurts like hell but is there anything else?
