Lunch- falafel, tomato and spinach sandwich made with wholewheat bread
Snacks- 2 rice cakes, 2 x 15 grammes of yoghurt coated raisins.
Dinner- Mixed seafood (prawns, squid, mussels) + steamed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) + 3 wholegrain rice cakes with tofu pate.

Then for lunch, I had a ham sandwich on wheat bread with ketchup. And A LOT of brocolli and cauliflower.
I went to cross country practice.
Then came home, and had about 3/4 cup of egg beaters (about 90 calories), and one boca burger with ketchup on both for dinner.
Was this a good amount of food for today? About how many calories do you think that was?

Coffee or tea (no cream or sugar)
½ grapefruit or juice
1 slice toast
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Day one lunch:
½ cup tuna
1 slice toast

3 oz lean meat
1 cup string beans
1 cup carrots
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 glass water

½ banana

1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
5 saltine crackers
Coffee or tea
Day two dinner:
2 hotdogs (no bread or condiments)
1 cup cabbage or broccoli
½ cup carrots or turnups
½ banana
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 glass water
Day three breakfast:
1 cup coffee or tea
5 saltine crackers
1 slice chedder cheese
1 small apple
Day three lunch:
1 cup coffee or tea
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
Day three dinner:
1 cup tuna
1 cup carrots or beets
1 cup cauliflower or greens
1 cup cantalope
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 glass water
