Just got info when trying to book room in one hostels in brussels.

Alright, this may sound crazy, but my 3 year old Brussels Griffon, Lucy, sits on the back of the couch and snaps in the air as though bugs are flying around her, and she’s trying to snatch them out of the air. This would be normal dog behavior except for the fact that there are NEVER any bugs anywhere near her. She does this for hours and it has me worried. I’m afraid there may be something wrong with her. I’m thinking it could be a central nervous system problem. Has anyone heard of this or had an experience like this with their dog?

I work in Brussels, Belgium. This summer I plan to fly to L.A.. There is not direct flight from Brussels to L.A., I must have one stop in Europe or in US continent to arrive in L.A.. I do not want to have my first stop in Europe, I would like to stop over in the US continent. I found out there are several US airports I could choose as my interval stop to L.A.. Those airports are Chicago (ORD), Atlanta (ATL), Philadelphia (PHL), New York (Newark), Minneapolis and Washington D.C. According to the passengers data provided by the World Aviation authority, it seems to me that the busiest airport is Atlanta, then followed by Chicago, Minneapolis, Newark, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. In order to have a smooth travel and happy transfer, could some one tell me which airport should I choose for my first stop in states? Thanks a lot.

Hello, I planted bush pickles in my garden this spring and am just now begining to reap some of the harvest. Along with this I have 4 varieties of Tomato ( Roma, Big Boy,Beefsteak and German)3 types of Peppers( Green,Banana,and Jalopena) I also have Herbs( Dill,Chives,Parsley,Savory) Greenbeans, Corn, Brussels Sprouts and Squash.
Quite an extentsive garden 460sq.ft. So soon I will be needing more than one type of recipe and also tips on canning. Does anyone have any good recipies for Dill pickles? Also, does anyone know of any good sites that can show me step by step how to can and other recipies for the above type veggies? I would appreciate any help as this is my 1st time with such a large garden and I do not want to lose my harvest. Thank you!

I was trying to get the brussels sprouts out of the little mesh bag on Thanksgiving. I finally gave it a mighty yank not knowing the edge of my finger nail was caught and I RIPPED a chunk of nail off all the way to the base of the nail. OWIE! Still hurts!

My stomach is really rebelling. I’m alternating between feeling stuffed and feeling starved, and it feels BAD. I’m going to camp tomorrow and I’m not nervous, but I’m going to be stuck in a car all day -not driving- and staying up late so I really need to sleep. I’ve been overheated all day, and just started to cool off.

I feel like if I eat anything I’ll puke…

Today I’ve eaten some potato chips, a turkey burger -just plain old turkey- some brussels sprouts, and a fair amount of grapes and strawberries. It’s now 11:20 PM where I am, so I know I haven’t eaten much today.

There’s peppermint, chamomile and green tea in the house, if any of those are any good.

im going to amsterdam, brussels, paris and london. anything in particular i should see or go to. ( im going with a trip/tour see we have planned places to be aswell)
