Because I was doinng my work one time and one of my friend well this girl I know ask me have i had it before in I say NO. Because that disgusting–Now I can see if it was a pizza with the sausage and pineapple, but what she said me lost my appetite after coming home to dinner.

Nutritionists tell us we should eat more “green leafy” vegetables. Does this mean only the various lettuce types, spinach, and silverbeet?

Or does broccoli count?

What else counts as a green leafy?

i hear it has the most calcium for a veggie and my family buys this stuff way more than red lettuce. (those r the only high calcium veggies i kno of). i hear certain kinds of veggies are bad like spinach and stuff so yea. just wondering. any suggestion on high calcium food (other than cuttle bone) will be greatly appreciated.
i said chinese broccoli. as far as i kno they are not at all similar. and i heard egg shells are bad from some sites

How would you make this casserole? Would you add water to the cream of mushroom soups, make rice according to package first, or just throw the whole thing together and bake it?

I’m in the middle of moving and I want to use up some items I have in the refrigerator and freezer. I have a few cans of Mushroom Soup and Cream of Chicken, I have some frozen broccolli florets and some frozen chicken breasts….any ideas and how long do I have to cook this in a slow cooker?

Do I have to thaw all of the frozen foods?
